Terms & Conditions:

By participating for the contest named 'Kapda Jalao, Malasyia Jao’ I understand, agree and undertake that:

  1. I am a citizen of India as this offer is only for the citizens of India.
  2. This offer is valid only at our stalls in exhibitions
  3. MFPA Artists Pvt. Ltd., (MFPA) does not screen any members for the validity of information provided.
  4. A participant is entitled to use one fabric only once and the same fabric cannot be used again. The right of your participation vests with MFPA.
  5. Incase you are able to burn any fabric, you become qualified for a free to ticket to Malaysia. The ticket will be from India (from Mumbai or Kolkatta which ever is available with us) to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The ticket is not transferable and the person winning has to have a valid passport and other legal documents which may be required. The winning participant will have to go on the dates specified by MFPA.
  6. There will be no choice of the airline, MFPA will choose which ever airline they want.
  7. MFPA is not responsible for the cancellation of the flight due to unforeseen circumstances. MFPA will also not be responsible for anything except giving the ticket to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
  8. MFPA reserves the right to ban any specific type of fabric which has already been burnt by some previous participants.
  9. The employees of MFPA and SHIMONO are not allowed to participate in this event.
  10. MFPA reserves the right to close this offer as and when they desire.
  11. The decision on whether a fabric has been burnt or not will remain of MFPA.
  12. The fabric has to be ironed in front of MFPA representatives only. MFPA reserves the right to disqualify any participant which they may feel is inappropriate.
  13. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MFPA from and against any claims including legal and accounting fees, arising from your participation for the ‘Kapda Jalao Malaysia Jao’ contest and/or breach of these terms and conditions.
  14. Under no circumstances shall the MFPA be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from your participation for  the  ‘Kapda Jalao, Malaysia Jao’ contest or your inability to do so or your disqualification or any consequence arising from the result of the ‘Kapda Jalao, Malaysia Jao’ contest, whether the alleged liability is based on warranty, contract, strict liability or any other basis or legal theory, and whether or not MFPA  has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of consequential or incidental damages, MFPA’s liability in such jurisdictions shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by the law.
  15. MFPA may change these terms and conditions at any time by posting the fresh set of terms and conditions on the website, www.mfpaindia.com/offer1tnc.html. You are accordingly requested to visit the said website to find out the latest terms and conditions.
  16. Each participant is entitled to participate only once.
  17. Ineligible entries may be disqualified at any phase of the competition without notification.
  18. Selection of the winners is the sole discretion of MFPA. The rules are subject to change at any given point.
  19. Participation acknowledges the right of MFPA to use it for exhibition, promotion and publication purposes in any medium, currently or at any time in the future in perpetuity and in any part of the world, without any obligation to pay any royalty therefore. You acknowledge that your participation in the contest is consideration for grant of such non-exclusive, royalty-free and irrevocable license in favor of MFPA.
  20. If a participant is chosen as the winner, the manner and details of announcing such nomination and award is strictly within the discretion of MFPA
